I go gaga with this turmeric tea offered by a friend and I found it beneficial to my sleeping memes especially I'm working night shifts in the call center. Aside from it has an anticancer activity, has a powerful antioxidant, not only that - it eases depression symptoms and its bright yellow substance for anti-inflammatory and more....

Best of all, yes!!!! this is my natural tranquilizer! haha, just half a teaspoon and woohhlllooohhh I easily slept regardless how noisy the neighbors are. You can try my recipe below Turmeric MilkTea Recipe ala Ivory;

unsweetened nondairy milk, preferably coconut milk beverage or almond milk 1/2 teaspoon Jan J Rose Turmeric Tea 1 tablespoon honey (optional) a dash of cinnamon (optional)

Simply mix it in your cup (I love it chilled) it's up to you if you like it hot or cold. Turmeric milk tea is a great way to get the benefits of turmeric daily. I love drinking this just before bed.
