My journey to becoming a Virtual Assistant was born from necessity and driven by a powerful motivation: providing a better life for my family. As a single parent and breadwinner, I faced the challenges of a demanding call center career – the poor health, burnout, and emotional exhaustion that come with those nocturnal hours – and knew I needed a sustainable, well-paying career.
Despite years in the casino and call center industries, I was determined to build a fulfilling career from the ground up. I invested heavily in myself, starting with free training on platforms like LinkedIn, Alison, and Lynda, supplementing with affordable courses and ultimately completing a comprehensive program with VA Academy. This dedication to self-improvement, learning Amazon store management, search engine optimization, PPC campaign management, catalogue, case management, customer support, , and social media content, quickly translated into success, landing my first part-time client in 2017.
The path wasn't always easy, but the lessons learned and obstacles overcome have forged a resilient and resourceful Virtual Assistant. I thrive in the work-from-home environment, continuously expanding my skills, embracing challenges, and mastering new areas. My commitment to success is unwavering, and I bring that same dedication to every client I serve.
